| 產品介紹 | 組蛋白翻譯后修飾，也稱作“組蛋白密碼”，通過調控染色質結構發揮作用，是表觀遺傳學的重要研究分支。 組蛋白上的翻譯后修飾包括乙酰化，甲基化，磷酸化和近年發現的一些新型酰化修飾。這些組蛋白修飾直接影響染色質和轉錄因子或其他表觀調控子的結合，改變基因組的穩定性和基因轉錄等。組蛋白甲基化通常發生在核心組蛋白的賴氨酸和精氨酸側鏈氨基上。組蛋白甲基化既可以促進也可以抑制基因轉錄，這取決于組蛋白甲基化是發生在賴氨酸還是發生在精氨酸上以及甲基化基團的個數（賴氨酸可以發生一、二、三甲基化，精氨酸可發生單、對稱與非對稱二甲基化）。組蛋白賴氨酸甲基化通常發生在組蛋白H3第4，9，27，36，79和組蛋白H4的第5, 8, 12, 20位賴氨酸上；精氨酸甲基化通常發生在組蛋白H3的第2，8，17，26和組蛋白H4第4位精氨酸上。蛋白甲基化酶（HMT）和組蛋白去甲基化酶（HDM）是甲基化修飾主要的調控因子。 |
