When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Digoxin is a beta blocker drug originally derived from the foxglove plant, Digitalis lanata. Digoxin is used primarily to improve the pumping ability of the heart in congestive heart failure (CHF), and treat problems such as high blood pressure. It is also used to help normalize some dysrhythmias (abnormal types of heartbeat). Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 1.用于治療充血性心力衰竭，對于高血壓、瓣膜病、先天性心臟病所引起的充血性心力衰竭療效良好。對繼發于嚴重貧血、甲狀腺功能低下及維生素Bl缺乏癥的充血性心力衰竭則治療效果差；對于肺源性心臟病、心肌嚴重缺血或活動性心肌炎及心肌外機械因素所致心力衰竭療效也差。 2.用于控制快速性心房顫動、心房撲動的心室率。 |
