Database links: UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot: P06914.1 Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 瘧原蟲的保護性抗原主要在蟲體表面，統(tǒng)稱表面抗原。在瘧原蟲生活史的發(fā)育各期，既有共同抗原，又有期特異性抗原，近年來經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲的配子表面的保護性抗原，已證明成熟子孢子體外附著的環(huán)子孢子蛋白（Circumsporozoite protein，CSP）具有明顯的抗原性。 紅內(nèi)期瘧原蟲的不同發(fā)育階段，其抗原的質(zhì)和量均有變化，并可在被寄生的紅細胞膜上表露出來。裂殖子和子孢子均屬游離的瘧原蟲，因此誘導的宿主免疫均較明顯。已知有許多瘧原蟲抗體可作用于裂殖子，使裂殖子凝集，阻止裂殖體釋放裂殖子。裂殖子表面抗原與其侵入紅細胞有關。 |
