Sequence analysis predicts that the protein contains two Kruppel associated box (KRAB) boxes in the N-terminus and highly conserved zinc finger motifs at the C-terminus. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2016] Function: May be involved in transcriptional regulation. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Tissue Specificity: Predominant expression in testis. Similarity: Belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. Contains 19 C2H2-type zinc fingers. Contains 1 KRAB domain.
